Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

  • Account data: your email address and password (stored hashed), your plan and its expiry, and your in-app preferences (language, favourite teams).
  • Usage data: the predictions you run and their results (your History), support conversations, and standard technical logs.
  • Analytics: we use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Plausible to understand how the product is used and to measure our marketing.

We never see or store your card details. Card payments are handled entirely by FastSpring (our Merchant of Record) and crypto payments by NOWPayments; they share with us only what is needed to activate your plan (such as your email and order status).

2. How we use it

To provide the Service (run and store your predictions, enforce plan limits), process purchases and send transactional email (receipts, support replies, occasional offers you can ignore), answer support requests (our AI support assistant reads support threads to reply instantly), improve the product, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Who processes it for us

We use trusted providers to run GuessFC: Supabase (accounts & database), Render (hosting), FastSpring (card payments, as Merchant of Record), NOWPayments (crypto payments), Resend (email), AI model providers (to generate match analysis and support replies), and the analytics services above. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

4. Cookies & retention

We use essential cookies/storage for sign-in and preferences, and analytics cookies as described above. Account data is kept while your account exists; delete your account (or ask us to) and we remove your personal data except records we must keep for legal, accounting or fraud-prevention reasons.

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing, subject to applicable law (including the GDPR where it applies). Write to team@guessfc.app and we will respond promptly.
