Terms of Service

1. What GuessFC is

GuessFC ("we", "us", the "Service"), available at https://guessfc.app, is an AI-powered sports analytics web application. It generates statistical match analysis — win probabilities, score models, and written match commentary — for football, basketball and other sports.

GuessFC is not a betting product. We take no bets, hold no wagers, have no bookmaker integrations, and offer no gambling services. All predictions and analysis are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. They are probabilistic estimates, not facts, promises or advice — sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable, and no accuracy or result is ever guaranteed. Nothing in the Service constitutes betting, financial or investment advice, and you must not rely on it as such.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase a paid plan. You are responsible for your account credentials and for the activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep your email reachable — that is where we send purchase and support communication.

3. Plans, billing & renewals

Free accounts include one free prediction. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Ultimate) unlock higher daily limits and additional tools, billed in 30-day periods in USD. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change for future purchases; local VAT or sales tax may be added at checkout.

• Card purchases are processed by FastSpring, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record — the sale is made by FastSpring, and FastSpring's buyer terms also apply to the transaction. Full-price card plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically each period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime via the "Manage card subscription" link on the pricing page or the account link in your receipt email; after cancelling you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Crypto purchases (processed by NOWPayments) and promotional discounted purchases are one-time 30-day passes — they never renew or auto-charge.

Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You may not: resell, scrape, or redistribute the Service or its content at scale; probe, disrupt or overload the Service; misrepresent our predictions as guarantees when sharing them; use the Service where doing so is unlawful; or use it to provide gambling services. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the Service.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, models, and generated content are owned by GuessFC or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service and to share individual match cards and predictions for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy of predictions, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects consumer rights that apply to you mandatorily in your country of residence.

7. Changes & termination

We may update the Service and these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date, and continued use after a change means acceptance. You can stop using the Service at any time; paid access simply runs to the end of its billing period (card subscriptions: cancel first to stop renewals).
